PLEASE NOTE THAT EVANSVILLE IS ON CENTRAL TIME!!!
8:30–9:00: Meet and greet. Some light breakfast foods, coffee and tea will be provided.
9:00–11:00: SAI business meeting. Review of annual budget and activities, election for SAI Secretary and Treasurer.
11:00–1:00: Lunch break (on our own, off campus; a list of restaurants will be provided).
1:00–3:00: Roundtable discussion: Everyone brings a topic/question/struggle to be discussed. President-elect Emilie Grondin will share her experiences and insights from the SAA leadership retreat.
*Board Members: there will be a 30-minute board meeting sometime during the day in addition to the membership meeting. We will be contacting you to confirm time and location.
Driving Directions and Hotels:
Come into Evansville on I-69, and take exit 7B in order to get on the Lloyd Expressway heading west. Continue past Burkhart Rd. and Green River Rd., then get in the left lane. Turn left onto Vann Avenue (stoplight at the Army National Guard armory). Go straight on Vann until the first stoplight, at Lincoln Ave. Turn right onto Lincoln Ave., and go past Boeke Rd. and Weinbach Ave. You will see the University’s front oval on your right. Turn into the oval and go almost all the way around. The Schroeder School of Business is the last academic building on the circle. You can park on the circle or there is additional parking behind the building.
